I believe the role of teaching young children needs to be easy to understand and easy to work with , we must have a healthy learning space and to design a safe environment. As a teacher we must do things more flexible for the needs of each child depending on the age and situation. Offering support depending on their situation and experiences . In addition to this, we should implement materials that children can build concepts , ideas and master skills in the natural context of play.
Young children have needs for learning, curiosity, to be understood and loved. Children need a lot from adults to improve their learning skills. Our classroom should have different activities: building , lecture , art and sensory play. We must Create a learning environment to support each individual childrens . Playbase is essential for childrens because they explore , use their imagination ,and learn through experiences .
Foster a supportive engagement environment where children feel safe both parents and school benefit by offering motivation and achieving goals . Promoting social emotional well being can lead to good communication and collaboration between parents and teachers. Children can develop a higher self esteem and adaptability with perseverance .Working together with family , schools and the community can build a strong bond , trust and responsibilities that benefit the children's education .
Having a positive, respectful and collaboration with staff to foster a positive learning experience for childrens . Ensure childrens receive a safe environment and open communication and share decisions with staff members . Building teamwork will support children's educational experience receiving high- quality care .

I have been in early childhood education for the past 10 years in different capacities. I began working with children with special needs as support for the family, then I decided to open my own childcare. I have been in business for 5 years. In that time, I have been working on myself to take child development courses and have also got a teacher permit. I plan to continue my education and maintain my high-quality childcare.
Early Education should be centered around the needs and interests of the child. I want everyone to feel included we must work as a community for the growth of the child, this includes the children, families, and childcare providers. I have a play-based environment where the children learn as they play, but I do this with an intention when I set up the environment so that they are learning about all developmental domains, such as setting up activities that allow the children to take risks, explore and learn.
Early Childhood Development is what I surround myself with because I want to make a change in the lives of children, families and teachers. I want children to have a high-quality environment so that they can thrive. I want the families to feel comfortable and have a sense of peace to be able to operate their daily work, and I want my assistance to have an environment where they can learn and grow to be the best teacher they can be with the children in my care.
